Breakfast
Our breakfasts can be served in your guest room from 8 a.m. till noon.
Our goal is to create a magical moment for our guests to start off the day. You may choose to enjoy breakfast in our breakfast room or in the garden, or if you prefer, in your guest room or on your private terrace.
The focus is on freshness as each morning we select fresh, seasonal fruit, Première Moisson bread and French pastries from our local market Saint Jacques.
Of course we cater to guests with allergies, vegetarians and individual tastes to prepare a tasty breakfast just for you.
Our breakfasts generally include:

- filter coffee, espresso, café au lait, or tea
- freshly-squeezed orange juice
- bread, butter, jam, Nutella, peanut butter
- French pastries from the local bakery "Première Moisson"
- Fresh fruit tray
- Yogurt or cheese
- a daily hot dish, for example…:
- Eggs Benedict
- French toast with apples and bananas
- Quiche provençale
- Crèpes with wild berries and maple butter
- Ham and cheese croissant (à la parisienne)
- Waffles with mountain of fresh fruit and maple syrup
- Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs and grandmother's special recipe sauteed potatoes
- Prosciutto and cheddar cheese omelette
