Absolument Montreal B&B is located on the eastern side of downtown Montreal, within walking distance of:
- the Village (2 minutes)
- Lafontaine park (2 minutes)
- the cafés, bars, theaters and cinemas of the Latin Quarter (5 minutes)
- historic Old Montreal (15 minutes)
- the boutiques, cafés and restaurants of hip Plateau Mont Royal (10-15 minutes)
- downtown shopping (15 minutes).
Montreal's summer jazz, comedy, Francofolie and fireworks festivals are all a 10-15 minute walk from our front door.
In addition, there are a number of excellent restaurants ("Area", "Carte Blanche", "O thym", "8è ciel", "Coo Rouge"), art galeries and antique shops in our neighborhood.
The Berri metro (subway) station, providing direct access to three of Montreal's four metro lines, is a 4-block, 5 minute walk away.
