Le Loft
On Amherst street, just two blocks from our B&B Absolument Montreal and just steps from lively Sainte Catherine street and the Village, we present Le Loft, a luxurious, fully-furnished apartment with exceptional light and view thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. You will appreciate its classy, contemporary furnishings and unique design with European and Asian influences.

In this large, open concept loft of 100 square meters (1100 square feet), fully air-conditioned, you will find:
- a spectacular leather king bed with integrated head rests and night stands
- two large, black leather sofas and a coffee table, to enjoy in comfort your home cinema (large screen cable television with DVD)
- a desk and armchair allowing you to work while contemplating Mont Royal
- a fabulous, fully-furnished kitchen equipped with Bosch appliances
- a large, round dining table with four chairs
- a fantastic bathroom with walk-in shower and glass brick tile
- a large closet with iron and ironing board
- a washing area with electronic washer and dryer
Le Loft is on the fourth floor of a 1952 building, completely renovated in 2002. Please note that there is no elevator, just an “warehouse” lift for your luggage.
- A secure parking space is available for rent in the building for just $15 per day.
- Guests have access to the building’s rooftop terrace and the spectacular views!
- Le Loft provides complementary wireless internet access.
- Bringing your iPod? A Bose speaker system allow guests to enjoy their favorite playlists.
- Bed linens and bath towels are furnished.
- While breakfast is not included for Le Loft rentals, we provide complementary provisions for you to prepare your own continental breakfast.
Standard high season rates (from May 1 to October 31), one or two guests:
- $259 per nuit (plus 16% taxes)
- $1199 per week (plus 16% taxes)
- $3499 per month (no taxes for rentals of a month or more)
Standard low season rates (from November 1 to April 30), one or two guests:
- $219 per night (plus 16% taxes)
- $999 per week (plus 16% taxes)
- $2499 per month (no taxes for rentals of a month or more)
