Reservation and cancellation policies
For short-term stays, a one-night deposit is charged (MasterCard, Visa, Paypal) to complete a guest's reservation. For groups and stays of a week or longer, the deposit becomes 25% of the total stay.
For cancellations seven days or more away from a guest's scheduled arrival date, the deposit is refunded minus a CAD$25 administrative fee. For cancellations six days and less away from a guest's scheduled arrival date, a one-night cancellation fee applies (the deposit is retained).
A minimum two-night stay is required year-round.
A more restrictive minimum stay and cancellation policy may apply during peak periods.
Other policies
Our Bed and Breakfast is unsuitable for children under the age of 12.
Absolument Montreal B&B is 100% non smoking within the house. However, smoking is permitted on the private terraces of the Oscar, Tennessee and Cinecitta guest rooms. Smoking in the garden is prohibited.
Unfortunately, pets cannot be accommodated at Absolument Montreal B&B.
Guests are requested to remove their street shoes inside our house. Cotton slippers and "flip flops" are provided.
